As a successful entrepreneur, Frank has had experience managing and developing a retail business from scratch. A graduate of Simon Fraser University, he also has over a decade of experience in sales and business development for companies including IKON Office Solutions, Bell and American Express. For the past twelve years at Lock, he has distinguished himself by his service commitment to clients and candidates. He sums it up with this phrase: integrity, honesty and dedication – these values are at the heart of his work.

Frank loves helping people and companies grow, and has earned a reputation for providing sound, insightful counsel that garners solid results. His proudest professional accomplishment is being recognized as a trusted advisor to both his clients and his candidates.

Family life, including a two year old son, keeps him busy after office hours. The remaining time requires choices – fly-fishing, hockey or golf. So far golf has won out, but he fully intends to get his son involved in his love of all.
