Marie-José Cardin
Marie-José has extensive experience in Marketing, Communications, Business development and Recruitment. Having begun her career in advertising agencies and public relations firms, she persued with Royal Bank Financial Group where she has occupied many management roles in Marketing & Communication for their Head office and their Quebec Regional Office. She was then asked by TVA & Global,  most major national & private television networks, to be their senior Business Development Manager, Goverment affairs. In 1999, she began a career in recruitment as a consultant with an executive search firm, since then she's been using her skills to recruit the best professionals. Marie-José has been a member of many multidisciplinary management teams and is entirely conversant with the organizational structures and competitive environments of various industries. Marie-José who has a Bachelor degree in Communication & Design from UQAM university has recently enjoyed completing her dream home in the Laurentians.

Pierre Lussier
Pierre has solid experience in recruitment, business development and management. He was a senior business development manager for a leading manufacturer of office equipment and owned and managed two retail stores. Passionate about the recruitment industry, Pierre has used his energy and people skills to place sales, management and marketing professionals since 1995. He has delivered outstanding results for both clients and candidates, and never misses a step. Apparently, he never misses an Alouettes game either (and as a holder of season's tickets, he might just take you to a game).

Michel Leclerc
For the past 15 years, Michel has acquired extensive experience in business development, management and national account management in the manufacturing, technical sales, operations, logistics and production sectors. He has worked as a sales manager for manufacturing companies and, most recently, has been a national director of business development. Michel has also led a successful company start-up in Quebec. Efficient and focused, Michel knows how to achieve results by closing the business loop from opportunity and market analysis to execution of sales and marketing strategies. He is also an avid fitness enthusiast, and says he's never met a candidate he can't bench press. Ouch.

Jean-François Sauvé
Jean-François may look like the guy next door. But don't be fooled. He is intensely competitive, and especially in what he does. With a Bachelor's degree in finance, Jean-François quickly moved on to become a surgical representative for Cardinal Health. So, naturally, his recruitment focus is pharmaceutical, medical, biotech and general healthcare.

Véronique Boisvert
How does the old saying go: “You don’t have to be crazy to work here but it helps”? We’re not saying that Veronique is crazy - far from it. That time she spent in the psychiatric hospital? She was working as an administrative assistant there. She says she feels really at home here at Lock and it seems very familiar. We’ll let that comment pass for now. She has a degree in Business Administration with a speciality in Accounting and Management. She loves to work hard, especially under pressure, and is all about teamwork. Speaking of teams, there is one subject on which Veronique is admittedly a little nutty – Les Canadiens. On game days, Veronique has been known to paint her face blue and red and answer “Go, Habs, Go!” to every question. OK, it’s a little odd but basically harmless. Give her a call anytime - but maybe check the NHL schedule first.

Cristin Filacouridis
Feeling in need of a makeover? Looking to strut your best stuff or take a walk on the wild side? Cristin Filacouridis is the right person to assist you in your bold new look. A graduate from Lasalle College with a degree in Fashion Marketing, she has directed and coordinated fashion shows as well as working with artists in business development and marketing. She’ll be using these same skills as a Research Coordinator here at Lock keeping us on our toes (though most of us don’t quite look like models and the high heels really pinch if you’re not used to them.) Cristin also brings positive attitude, high energy, a welcoming smile and enthusiasm about working in a busy place with exceptional people.
