Martiquea originally joined Lock Search Group in 2015 to cover a maternity leave contract and re-joined the team in 2021! She has a degree in Human Resource Management and over 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a range of HR functions. This includes recruitment experience within the Industrial, CPG, Life Science, and B2B industries. Known for her ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and changing timelines, she supports recruitment consultants and clients in all practice areas at Lock Search Group.
From developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, to creating and posting job requisitions, sourcing top-talent, coordinating interviews, administering background/reference checks, and providing continuous and transparent communication, she has you covered! She knows that finding that ‘fit’ is so important, not only for the client but for the candidate as well. Martiquea focuses on ensuring both the company and candidate are on the same page and are thrilled to move forward together on the same team.
Outside of the office, Martiquea loves spending time outdoors. Camping, hiking, biking, roller skating; she does it all! She also has a love for music, food, and community events!
