Bryan is a senior search consultant with 20 years’ experience in the life sciences sector. Recruitment focus on senior and executive positions supporting early stage drug discovery and development, pre-clinical to Phase 3 clinical development, technical / scientific positions for GMP manufacturing operations, and business / corporate development for start-up / early stage companies.
Initially, Bryan was trained as a scientist (MSc. Chemistry) and worked in industry in scientific R&D / operations roles for 10 years helping to discover new medications before returning to school to complete an MBA. He then took on senior business development roles within the Life Sciences sector before getting the call to leverage his background in Life Sciences recruitment.
Bryan’s science background, broad network, and understanding of the life sciences sector allows him to effectively identify and place the best scientific talent. Bryan is also a valued consultant to both clients and candidates for market / industry trends, competitive intelligence, and career consultations.
Outside of the office, Bryan enjoys spending time and traveling with his family, golf excursions to Ireland and Scotland, and experiencing the diversity of live music in and around the Greater Toronto Area.
