Mischa has a degree in Kinesiology, as well as a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She believes in continuous learning and personal development. She started her career off in the fitness industry and transitioned over to recruitment due to her love of working with people. She first started in the Med Tech industry, and then transitioned to Executive searches, and now CPG! She truly enjoys connecting with people and finding the best fit for each opportunity. With her previous history in athletics, Mischa continues to be ambitious and active- previously, she has represented Canada at two Dragonboat World Championships and holds five gold medals, one silver, and one bronze for Team Canada.
Currently, as a Hybrid Recruitment Associate, she spends most of her time looking for the best talent for Lock’s clients and business development.
Outside work, Mischa unwinds by going to the gym or watching crime TV shows with a glass of a full-bodied red. Her biggest weakness is a good latte with a slice of tiramisu.
