Reza moved to Canada during the summer of 2022 and immediately jumped at the opportunity to join Lock Search Group. He started his career as a credit analyst working for major banks across India and the Middle East. In 2018, he ventured into Executive Search and has not looked back ever since. In his previous stint, Reza specialized in recruiting banking professionals working for one of the top executive search firms in India and in Canada he continued expanding his expertise in other sectors as well.
His previous experience helped him develop solid skills in relationship management which contributed to his transition into recruitment. He is adept in establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems, and tools to deliver five-star candidate experiences.
Outside of work, Reza loves food and travel. On weekends, you’ll find him scanning menus of different restaurants because food makes him happy. He has travelled across Europe, Asia and Australia and is now excited to explore the Americas.
