Sarah obtained her B.A. in Psychology from York University in 2002. Since that time she has gained over 15 years of foodservice sales experience in various capacities, from Consultant to sales management. She comes to Lock with an exceptional understanding of the industry and an extensive network. Her extensive relationship building skills make her a solid employment resource.

In addition to sales, she has a diverse background in product distribution, market strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and training. Sarah has developed a wide and deep scope for assisting foodservice and hospitality clients in their recruiting needs.

Always professional, always at the top of her game, Sarah is a valuable addition to the Lock team.

Outside of work, she is an active outdoor enthusiast who can often be found exploring trails by foot, bike, skis or snowshoes.
