    As a customer service representative, you will be the primary contact for customers in your assigned territory for commercial, construction, energy, and industrial product lines. Based on customer needs, you are responsible for coordinating and collaborating with all internal functions (field personnel, product management, marketing, pricing, planning & warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

    Key Responsibilities: 
    • Efficient end-to-end order management – processing customer orders and prioritizing/expediting as required 
    • Utilize and interpret information in ERP system (SAP) to provide effective customer service
    • Collaborate with cross functional departments to solve customer queries and issues
    • Prepare and communicate reports as required
    • Follow product replacements, credits, and returns processes and policies
    • Provide general product information, lead times, and recommend alternative products (upsell and cross sell)
    • Be part of the team – oriented to achieve individual, team and department goals
    • Item reports to be reviewed daily and any pending orders must be completed the same day
    • Invest in your career - attend product training and completion of all required company courses
    • Collaborate with customer service teammates to ensure a high level of service is maintained
    Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Customer centric, critical thinking, problem solver who operates with high integrity in a team environment
    • Bi-lingual in French and English (written and oral) - preferred
    • Post-secondary school: minimum two-year program
    • Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) in electrical discipline preferred
    • Strong technical knowledge or motivation and aptitude to learn
    • Maintaining a positive attitude and composure when in fast-paced and difficult situations 
    • 6 months – 1 year of related experience 
    • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems
    • Computer skills (MS Office)
    • Develop, coordinate, communicate and complete projects as required
