Inside Sales Representative

  • Our client is a Canadian owned and operated organization with an expansive product line. They are an industry leader through North America. They have manufacturing locations in AB, ON, QC and BC. Our client is in search of an Inside Sales Representative for their Mississauga location! This individual will be responsible for the development and growth of relationships with clients to encourage and bring awareness to products and services. The ideal candidate will have outstanding sales and customer service skills, order management experience, and good team orientation. This position is on-site only. 

    Responsibilities:
    • Communicate effectively with customers and ensure to respond to their requests on product, price, availability, and utilization
    • Understanding of inventory levels to manage customer expectations
    • Responsive to customer requests, needs, and suggest solutions
    • Complete ad-hoc tasks and run reports in a timely manner while ensuring maximization of productivity
    • Using continual communication to ensure proper management of accounts
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships internally with all teams to produce solutions for all customer enquiries
    • Following up with customers to enhance customer satisfaction 
    • Assessing market conditions, product availability and innovations, analyzing competitor information 
    • Identification of prospective customers
    • Presenting sales opportunities 

    Experience:
    • Experience in steel industry or related industry will be considered an asset
    • Ability to understand product knowledge
    • Goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to increase customer base revenue
    • 3-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience
