- Producers/Account Executives; minimum Level 2 insurance license; Personal and commercial experience
- Personal Lines Advisors – call centre; minimum Level 1 insurance license
- Personal Lines Advisors – in branch; Level 1 or 2 insurance license
- Assistant and Branch Managers – minimum Level 2, ideally Level 3 insurance license
