    The Recruitment Associate will partner with our Senior Recruitment Consultants to help them do their job more effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in research activities, business development initiatives and various administrative tasks.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Use various methods to source potential candidates matching specific profiles
    • Utilize various market research techniques to locate new business opportunities and source prospective client information
    • Coordinate/schedule interviews with candidates and clients
    • Create effective, sharp and attractive job advertisements and job boards
    • Process reference and background checks
    • Prepare customized client contracts, proposals and presentations
    • Other tasks as required

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • University degree, preferably in a business/finance/accounting/science-related discipline
    • Professional and business savvy
    • Social Media/Marketing experience is an asset
    • Self-motivated with strong initiative
    • Superior organization and time management abilities
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Paramount attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; social media tools; search engine skills; database management
    • Preferred but not required - 1+ years of corporate experience (i.e. Human Resources, Executive Assistant, Researcher, Recruitment Coordinator)
