Sales Executive – Supply Chain Solutions BC & Northern California
Our client is a growing full service transportation/logistics service provider. Focused on developing partnerships with their clients, they truly embrace providing the best overall logistics and supply chain solutions. With strong values, a great corporate culture and ethical business practices, our client is expanding quickly and looking to Lock Search Group to help in their growth. We are actively sourcing for a supply chain Sales Executive, based in the Lower Mainland to help build new business opportunities in BC and through to the Northern California market.
- Develop and maintain new client partnerships in Vancouver Lower Mainland and through to Northern California
- Prospect and identify new opportunities, build, and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast business revenue
- Manage and retain accounts and grow business
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure success with clients
- Build and develop a strong understanding of clients and their needs to help build the best solution for them
- Maintain and update accurate information
- Meet and exceed targets and expectations
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of success in solutions driven sales
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Strong understanding of the sales process.
- Successful experience in driving net new business – we are looking for a Hunter!
- Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive and confident
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong presentation skills and the ability to handle negotiations
- Ability for future travel of about 25-30%
