Account Executive — Direct Sales Covid-19

  • Our client is a leading rapid diagnostics company in the Toronto, that commercialize, develops, and innovated testing for consumers worldwide. They are searching for an Account Executive to join their superb team in Toronto, ON. The Account Executive would be responsible for Direct Sales, Covid-19.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for sales lead generation, product sales, customer follow-up, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Staying current in the knowledge of the products and industry to achieve sales goals.
    • Complying with company policies and procedures.
    • Identify and plan sales opportunities
    • Pursue business at the customer level by making sales calls to distributors, resellers or direct to new customers.
    • Develop and maintain effective knowledge of company COVID19 tests and equipment, and other company products as applicable.
    • Generate leads and close agreements to grow sales revenue, responsible for providing customer quotes to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Develop and maintain effective knowledge of competition, products, strategies, and organization
    • Utilize all available resources and develop sufficient product, procedural and market knowledge to understand the function and use of company products.
    • Provide necessary and appropriate after-sale service to accounts, utilizing each opportunity to discover and pursue additional business.
    • Provide input to and others regarding sales, sales forecasts, competitive activity, and other requested information.
    • Develop and maintain accurate customer information records of key personnel, product usage and developing opportunities


    • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare sales (Diagnostic experience)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Great track record in sales, and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent leadership attributes (communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills)
    • A “can do” mindset, and ability to work fast-paced, pressurized environment
