- Processing financial statements and tax documents
- Handling various letters and resolutions
- Managing GST, PST, and WCB processing and e-filing
- Supporting the team with other essential administrative duties as required.
- Maintaining the utmost professionalism in a fast-paced environment while safeguarding confidential information.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm by managing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional setting; prior work within an Accounting firm would be advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, and Adobe is a plus
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt swiftly
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
