Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector - Physician, Nurse, or Naturopath Doctor

Exciting opportunity to join a growing aesthetics clinic! Are you a Medical Doctor (MD), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND/NMD) looking for a new opportunity? Do you also have experience with aesthetic/cosmetic injections? This may be the role for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector to join their team and provide exceptional aesthetic treatments to their clients.
This individual will ideally be flexible to work out of multiple locations, including North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, and/or Burnaby, British Colombia clinic locations. As an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector, you will be responsible for administering cosmetic injections, such as Botox and dermal fillers, to enhance the appearance and address various aesthetic concerns for clients.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and concerns.
- Perform assessments of clients' facial features and skin condition to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
- Administer cosmetic injections, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other appropriate aesthetic treatments, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and precise placement of injections to achieve desired results while maintaining a natural look.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions and guidance to clients, including potential side effects and aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and before/after photos.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the field of aesthetic medicine.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
- Uphold strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Educate clients about additional aesthetic services and products that may complement their treatment goals.
The experience you bring:
- Registered MD, ND/NMD, or NP with an active license.
- 1+ years experience with aesthetic/cosmetic injections required.
- Strong procedural, anatomical, and technical competency.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in administering cosmetic injections, including Botox and dermal fillers.
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and address their concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in injection technique to achieve optimal results.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold confidentiality with sensitive client information.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry advancements and attending relevant training programs or conferences.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and record-keeping practices.
- A passion for aesthetics and a strong dedication to helping clients achieve their desired outcomes.
