Associate Education Manage

  • Job Description:

    This position is responsible for the management, coordination and implementation of education

    initiates in Canada.


    • Management of International Center of Dental Education in Canada, defining processes and executing them for proper functionality and customer experience

    • Collaborating with the US and global team to implement strategic goals for educational initiatives.

    • Defining annual educational curriculum for onsite programs at the International Center of Dental

    • Establishing annual course calendar

    • Management of the Canadian course calendar coordinating/executing defined educational curriculum/content.

    • Managing all activities related to internal and external courses in Canada including coordinating and assisting the sales team to schedule courses in the field.

    • Working effectively with the US Education Manager to stay up to date with the educational curriculum available for in person courses and digital content.

    • Assisting the US Education Team in the management of the Canadian Academy content.

    • Main contact for communicating with KOLs on their course requirements and needs

    • Managing the scheduling of various company facilities

    • With assistance from the Office Specialist, coordinate promotional materials and any mailings for education.

    • Responsible for ensuring courses follow the approved accreditation requirements.

    • Managing registration, C hours and coordinate billing of all courses to Credit department

    • Manage and reconcile annual course budgets



    • Post-Secondary diploma or degree preferred

    • Prior management or supervisory experience desired

    • Two years office administration or related experience preferred

    • Excellent organization and communication Skills a must

    • Product knowledge a plus

    • Proficient computer skills in MS Office required

    • French knowledge or Bilingual in French is an asset but not mandatory
