Bilingual Regional Sales Representative

  • Our client is a BC based company and an industry leading manufacturer of high end commercial and residential skylights. They have been in the business for over 65 years and are the largest Canadian manufacturing company in their sector. They are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join their team in Quebec. The challenge of this role is to increase the company’s market share by expanding the customer base in Quebec, while maintaining existing relationships with customers. 
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and create new relationships with existing and new customer partners
    • Regular communication with an emphasis on customer calls which include action + follow up plans and competitive activities
    • Market our brands and enhance brand visibility
    • Responsible for providing training to our retail partners on our product portfolio, features, and benefits
    • Ability to develop recommendations, prioritize sales, and execute sales plans
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience selling in a B2B environment
    • Experience calling on big box retailers and dealer networks is an asset
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
    • University degree or College diploma
    • Bilingual
    • Experience in building materials is an asset
    • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate time management skills
    • Team player
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
