    Our client, an innovative national leader in the 
    heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry is seeking a Residential Territory Sales Manager – HVAC to be responsible for managing and growing their share within greater Edmonton market. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and highly-motivated professional who has compelling drive, technical and sales experience. 


    Position Overview:

    You maintain and develop strong client relationships (while leading by example) as well as provide contribution to marketing programs and ensure the effective use of sales tools and technology. Overseeing all sales activities in the region, you drive sales growth as well as identify and implement business strategies to exceed personal and group sales targets


    • Must have knowledge of HVAC industry and products
    • 3-5 Years Experience in a sales or account management environment 
    • Initiative to prospect for new business with a track-record of success managing a key account book of business
    • Possess the people-skills to build relationships within the industry – networking is important
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to support demand and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time and organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple ‘to do list’ items
    • Valid Driver’s Licence
