Sales Manager – Business Equipment and IT Managed Services

As a Sales Manager, Business Solutions, you will be responsible to manage and lead a high performing sales team in the Lower Mainland.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a high performing sales team
- Provide mentorship, guidance and training to your sales team
- Maintain an accurate sales team pipeline and forecasts
- Prepare quarterly business plans
- Conduct Semi-annual employee reviews and evaluations of new sales staff
- Recruit, train, mentor and manage sales staff
- Be active in the field with the sales team to observe, train and coach team members
- Set expectations and quotas
- Ensure success of team by meeting and exceeding quotas
Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in business preferred
- Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales management
- Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B solution sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiating skills and self-motivating
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams
- Excellent coaching and training skills
- Experience with office equipment or IT/Managed Services sales experience
- Territory and time management skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process and funnel management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and business acumen
