As a Sales Manager, Business Solutions, you will be responsible to manage and lead a high performing sales team in the Lower Mainland. 
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage a high performing sales team
    • Provide mentorship, guidance and training to your sales team
    • Maintain an accurate sales team pipeline and forecasts 
    • Prepare quarterly business plans
    • Conduct Semi-annual employee reviews and evaluations of new sales staff
    • Recruit, train, mentor and manage sales staff
    • Be active in the field with the sales team to observe, train and coach team members
    • Set expectations and quotas 
    • Ensure success of team by meeting and exceeding quotas
    • College Diploma or University Degree in business preferred 
    • Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales management
    • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B solution sales experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Strong negotiating skills and self-motivating 
    • Proven experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams
    • Excellent coaching and training skills
    • Experience with office equipment or IT/Managed Services sales experience
    • Territory and time management skills
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and funnel management 
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written with strong interpersonal skills 
    • Strong analytical and business acumen
