Sales Manager – Industrial Infrastructure

    Our client, a recognized National leader, and manufacturer of industrial infrastructure has engaged Jay Pinniger of the Lock Search Group to assist them in finding an exceptional individual for the role of a Sales Manager. This position will be based out of Calgary and manage the companies Alberta portfolio. 

    Reporting to the Director of Sales the Sales Manager’s main goal will be to motivate, educate, and guide the Sales Team to reaching their targets.  The successful candidate will be a dynamic and highly-motivated professional who has compelling drive and a track record of leading and developing a team. 


     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a diverse array of day-to-day duties, including: sales, business development, client relationship development, management of internal team activity
    • Ensure that the Sales Team delivers exceptional value to all stakeholder
    • Identifying new markets and increase market share 
    • Establish guidelines for sales targets, territory management
    • Maintain and develop relationships with customers
    • Routinely monitor and maintain sales pipeline, and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues

     

    Qualifications:

    • Post-Secondary degree 
    • 10+ Years in   Sales/Business Developmental role  
    • Background connected to Industrial Infrastructure would be preferred 
    • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Leadership
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership capabilities and qualities 
    • Strong people and customer service skills, result orientated
