The are continuing to grow and now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their Grater Vancouver team.

    The Senior Sales Manager holds a critical position in the organization, reporting directly to the General Manager, and plays a vital role in enabling the company to achieve its objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide daily leadership and support to the sales team.
    2. Increase store sales through effective sales strategies.
    3. Drive business development and ensure profitability.
    4. Develop commercial sales opportunities.
    5. Build customer and business partner relationships.
    6. Create and analyze sales performance reports.
    7. Implement effective sales methods for teams.
    8. Plan and manage sales budgets.
    9. Collaborate effectively for efficient communication.
    10. Audit company standards to ensure daily service quality.
    11. Monitor and manage team performance.
    12. Conduct monthly benchmarks for staying ahead of the competition.
    Requirements:
     
    1. 4+ years of senior sales management experience
    2. 3+ years of experience in the tool industry
    3. Concrete results in sales, merchandising, and marketing required.
    4. Proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability.
    5. Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and logical reasoning abilities.
    6. Extensive product knowledge and ability to train and motivate team.
    7. In-depth product knowledge with the ability to train and sell to team members and major accounts.
    8. Adaptability to unexpected changes in a positive and professional manner.
    9. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    10. A valid driver's license is a requirement.

     The ideal candidate is willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required, including attending industry conventions and meetings in Canada and the United States, and specifically in British Columbia.
