    This national wholesale distribution company specializes in equipment and allied products for the Residential, Industrial and Commercial marketplace. With many years of continued success, they have built excellent partnership with both their customers and their vendors. With a focus on best-in-class customer service, technical support, and competitive product offerings, they have continued to grow. As such they have added a role in the Lower Mainland for a Senior Refrigeration Territory Sales Manager. 

    The ideal Candidate Must have Knowledgeable Working Experience in Refrigeration. Calling on contractors, engineers, and end-users, you will have a defined territory of accounts that stretches across the Greater Vancouver Area, out to the Fraser Valley region with the British Columbia marketplace. Your role will be to plan and execute those plans with targeted sales calls, while working closely with your team and branch network. You will build relationships in the market, provide exceptional service, follow-up, and secure a growing market share. You are both a hunter and a farmer. Opening new accounts through cold calling while organically growing your existing accounts through top-notch dedication and focus. You are adept at identifying and pursuing projects at the spec stage, the tender stage, and the material order stage.  



    • Must have knowledge of Refrigeration industry and products 
    • Initiative to prospect for new business with a track-record of success managing a key account book of business
    • Possess the people-skills to build relationships within the industry – networking is important
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to support demand and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time and organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple ‘to do list’ items
