• Our client, a premier, Canadian-owned Independent Sales Agency, is seeking a new Territory Sales Manager to develop and execute the sales growth strategy in Southwestern Ontario.  

    Representing some of Canada’s strongest industrial brands, the chosen candidate will enjoy an exceptional working culture, product and professional sales training, full autonomy to manage their daily activity and the opportunity to bring solutions to end users through Canada’s industrial distribution channels (Industrial, Safety and Contractor Suppliers).  

    Our client has been successfully growing Canadian market share for their manufacturing partners for more than 30 years, and the table is set for this Territory Manager to play a key role in leading the short- and long-term growth of the Eastern Canadian portfolio.  
     
    What you will be doing:

    • Proactively creating, supporting, and closing sales opportunities
    • Develop strong working relationships with manufacturer partners
    • Engaging in the field at both the end-user and distributor level
    • Occasional travel to MB and Northern ON
    • Using the CRM (Salesforce) to create efficiencies, track leads, opportunities, and maintain contacts
    The experience you bring:

    • More than 3 years of manufacturing rep, or distribution sales experience, or both
    • Potential and ambition to develop into a sales leader
    • Superior organizational and communications skills
    • Strong desire and ability for independence
    • Strong technical sales background
    • Self-starter, energetic, positive, and outgoing
    • Entrepreneurial aptitude to seek out and follow through with opportunities
    • Must live within reasonable proximity to assigned Southwestern Ontario territory
