Lock Search Group Celebrates 35 Years in Business
May 24, 2018 marks the 35th anniversary of our company’s founding, and we are grateful for the many messages we have received congratulating us on this achievement.
Lock Search Group has grown to be a national organization, with 11 offices and more than 50 Consultants and Associates, each of them a specialist in their practice area, each of them grounded in real-life business experience.
We have invested in a state-of-the-art CRM system that uses Artificial Intelligence, which helps everyone involved make better decisions about candidates, and we are continually upgrading our website and our database to maintain the famous Lock “speed to market” solutions to search assignments.
Our confidence about the future of our company is high, especially considering the progress we have made in our Executive Search division, where we are utilizing the newest technologies to enhance our personal, relationship-based approach.
