We are actively sourcing for an experienced Business Development Specialist to partner with clients in the South Okanagan and Kootenays to support their financial growth.     Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients on their financial goals and provide timely, informed advice while effectively promoting lending solutions
    • Build strong client relationships and establish your knowledge base through regular touchpoints and bringing forward thoughtful recommendations
    • Effectively manage continual communication with your client-base and strategically balance flow of relevant information 
    • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service
    • Partner with internal teams to build interest in solutions

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience within Financial Services and lending
    • Proven success in a consultative account management or sales role
    • Experience using a CRM and other industry-specific software
    • Knowledge of financial services, lending and mortgage best practices
