Territory Sales Manager, Automotive SaaS
Our client is a well-recognized, Canadian organization with Global presence in the Automotive SaaS industry. They have engaged Travis Hann of Lock Search Group to assist them in their search for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This is a home office-based position.
This a sales position for an experienced professional that requires both hunting and farming and the ideal candidate will come from a progressive sales background within Automotive Industry. The primary focus is to increase the overall market share of the organization, while calling on dealerships.
- Secure sales of company products to automotive dealerships within your territory
- Manage the entire sales cycle from beginning to end, focusing on the automotive sector, and penetrating additional verticals as necessary
- Identify target end-users and prioritize automotive accounts accordingly
- Develop and execute sales presentations for potential clients
- Relationship management with clients, customers, and leadership team
- Represent the company’s products and services as solutions for customer needs and business issues
- Continuous research into market trends and opportunities
- Generate sales reports for management using Salesforce
- Performs other duties as needed or assigned
- Post-Secondary education preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably software sales
- Must have experience within the automotive Industry, selling directly into dealerships
- Must be sales focused with great negotiation and communication skills
- Must be a team player, strongly aligned with internal teams and clients
- Proficient in technology and technological solutions
- Strong relationship building skills
