POSITION: Bilingual Inside Sales Manager
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting on behalf of a large national corporation who is on the hunt for a Bilingual Inside Sales Manager.
The incumbent will be tasked will building a new B2B inside sales team from the ground up to include 8 Bilingual ISRs to start and directly managing the team ongoing.
- Maintains and reinforces the corporate sales strategy
- Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions
- Assists in resolving escalated or unique customer issues
- Ensures team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales, lead generation and contact productivity
- Participates in training and coaching the Inside Sales team
- Sets up and maintains accurate customer records for all customer interactions including prospect data, contracts, orders and service documentation
- Post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence
- Strategic thinker
