We are currently recruiting for a Business Account Manager in Toronto, ON. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing medical device company that offers competitive compensation and benefit packages including performance-based incentives.
The key responsibility of the Business Account Manager will be to provide customers with the best service possible, including clinic visits to identify any opportunities for device upgrades or additional purchases and to ensure any unmet needs are addressed. They will work closely with sales teams to ensure optimal service is provided to each account and that desired outcomes are being achieved with the company's products.
To be successful in this role, the following is required:
- University degree
- 2+ years of Medical/aesthetic device experience
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (ie. Sales Force)
- Driver's license and ability to travel
