    Calling all experienced Opticians and Optical Sales Professionals in Vancouver!

    Lock Search Group is partnering with the leading Optical Membership Group in Canada, looking for an experienced and outgoing Optician or Sales Professional within the industry, wanting to make a greater impact within the Optical community and their peers. 

    This role will have you working directly with the Opticians and Optical clinics that are members of this organization and your focus is to provide value-added support to those customers and help them enhance and grow their practice. This involves the following:

    • Customer service and management training
    • Running in-clinic and regional education event
    • Inventory management training
    • Analyze clinic data and propose plans and strategies for improvement to the owner of the clinic
    • Sales knowledge and lifestyle selling skills

    In addition to working with the current membership group, you will also be incentivized to expand the membership size and bring new accounts on board. A part of this will be participating in social activities with Optometrists and their assistants, attending tradeshows and optometric conventions, as well as appropriate follow-up and promotion of the services and value they, will receive as a member of the organization.

    This role is great for someone who does not want to be clocking in and out of the clinic each day and wants the autonomy and flexibility work from a home office and work with multiple clinics, Opticians, and Optometrists on a daily basis.  If you’re entrepreneurial, have a strong business acumen and enjoy helping others succeed, grow and develop, then this is a perfect fit for you!
