    Our team is currently recruiting an Associate Director, Pricing to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the GTA. This position will work with sales leaders to create and execute commercial initiatives to drive domestic revenues.


    General Responsibilities
    • Create route to market strategies
    • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business opportunities
    • Conduct regular pricing reviews
    • Ensure commercial strategies comply with company policies and local regulations
    • Manage customer relationships and negotiate placement of company products
    • Negotiate pricing with key accounts
    • Oversee development of customer impact initiatives
    • Oversee internal and external communications related to product supply, pricing terms, product introductions and withdrawals
    • Other tasks as required

    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of pricing experience in the pharma or medical device industry
    • Experience developing commercial policy
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
    • University degree required
