    POSITION: Business Development Manager

    Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a start-up Top 50 finance company.

    This is the perfect role for someone who a) is excited to be part of a start-up environment, b) has an existing customer service or sales skill set and has a comfort level being on the phone, and c) has a love for/interest in the finance industry! 
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Implement sales strategies and techniques to grow accounts 
    • Create a well-connected network of customers
    • Become a subject matter expert and maintain product knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions
    • Conduct cold calls and emails to promote company products and expand business opportunities
    • Maintain records of client activity
    • Provide continuous support to customers, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved
     
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of inside sales experience
    • Proven ability to close deals
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
     
    Compensation: 45-55K base salary; OTE 60-70K
