    As a well respected and recognized leader in financial services, our client has been experiencing phenomenal growth over the last few years and are continuing their expansion and growth throughout Canada. As a result of their growth, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the team, the Portfolio Analyst is responsible to ensure that the investment portfolios are well positioned and meet the investment strategies of the Portfolio Managers and the corporate goals.

    The Portfolio Analyst is responsible to monitor fund performance, positioning and risk metrics. They are also responsible to recognize, evaluate and reconcile results to ensure objectives are met. The Portfolio Analyst is also a key resource in providing information for developing and implementing investment strategies. A critical role to the team and the success of the investment strategy, we require an experienced, knowledgeable Portfolio Analyst to join our team. 

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in and analytics role in finance, banking, investments
    • University degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or Marketing Research related preferred
    • CFA Charter holder or in progress of completing (minimum level 2)
    • Experience in investment management and finance
    • Strong understanding and quantitative analysis experience in investment data
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong interest in financial markets and investments
    • Collaborative and team player
