    Due to company growth, we are currently looking to add a Bilingual Recruitment Associate to our team in Toronto. If you value a friendly working environment with a positive company culture and work-life balance, this opportunity is for you!


    The Recruitment Associate will provide support to a team of Recruitment Consultants to help them do their job more effectively and efficiently. You will strategically research industries and markets, dissect organizations, and utilize various resources to search for Candidates that fit a specific job profile - an exciting and rewarding challenge!


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    60% RESEARCH:

    • Data mining using Boolean searches, databases, social networking tools, and job boards
    • Source potential candidates matching specific profiles using a variety of tools; review resumes for competencies and direct to appropriate consultant
    • Utilize various market research techniques to locate new business opportunities and source prospective client information


    20% ADMINISTRATION:

    • Schedule interviews with Candidates and Clients
    • Help to coordinate in-office interviews
    • Create ad hoc reports
    • Create effective, sharp and attractive job advertisements and post to database and job boards
    • Process Reference and Background checks
    • Prepare customized client contracts, proposals, and presentations


    10% CLIENT & CANDIDATE INTERACTION:

    • Develop strong professional relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring strong candidate and client care
    • Direct “traffic” and internal processes


    10% WHATEVER IT TAKES: Every search is different and will require different moving parts.



    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Post-Secondary Degree
    • Bilingual (French/English)
    • 2-3 years of recruitment experience in at least two of the following areas: Operations, Engineering, Construction, Industrial, Technology and/or Finance
    • Strong computer skills – working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; social media tools; search engine skills; database management
    • Self-motivated with strong initiative, investigative, and problem solving skills
    • Superior organization and time management abilities
    • Amazing verbal & written communication skills
    • Strong initiative and independent work skills
    • Paramount attention to detail
