In the role as an inside sales representative your responsibilities are:
- Responding to customer inquiries, preparing, following up on quotes, orders, and expediting orders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with current customers.
- Pursuit of projects.
- Business Development.
- Managing and updating the CRM.
- Providing technical support for customers.
- Constant professional development to better understand market trends, the products and services offered and the sales process.
TO FIT THE ROLE:
You have business to business sales experience, and you want to leverage that success into a long-term career with a global leader. You may also already have product and service knowledge in the electrical or data sectors.
