POSITION: Bilingual Inside Sales Executive
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting on behalf of a large national corporation who is on the hunt for a French Bilingual Inside Sales Executive to join a newly created inside sales team.
The incumbent will be responsible for proactive maintenance and revenue growth of current clients within an established book of business in addition to prospecting net new business.
This position is entirely business-to-business selling and will conduct the full sales cycle.
- Expand accounts with strategic product sales
- Communicate proactively with all clients to strengthen and expand relationships
- Encourage current clients to sign agreements by offering ongoing education of contract details and use of strong negotiation skills
- Update and renew client service agreements
- Resolve service escalations as required
- Communicate rates, fees, and service strategies
- Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Align company products and services with client needs
- Offer client solutions that are compliant with appropriate regulations
- Post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Strong relationship building skills with a professional demeanour
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence
- Strong strategic thinking skills
Compensation: this position provides a competitive base salary + uncapped commission with an estimated annual OTE of 65-70K; plus benefits, RRSP matching, a stock purchase plan etc.
