    Our client is a global leader in the electrical industry. They are a very successful, Fortune 500 organization. They are one of Canada’s leading suppliers in the distribution of electrical products with thousands of sku’s and nearly 1,000 employees across Canada. They have retained Christopher Goodrick from Lock Search Group to find their next Inside Sales Representative.

    The Role
    • Managing and selling a portfolio of a diverse range of electrical products.
    • Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients to grow your portfolio.
    • Contacting current customers and up-selling products and services offered.
    • Responding to customer inquiries timely, providing sales quotes and technical support for customers.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with current customers.
    • Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
    • Providing technical support for customers.
    • Constant professional development to better understand market trends, the products and services offered and the sales process.
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of sales experience 
    • Experience in electrical product is an asset
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM 
    • Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Possesses strong relationship building skills to cultivate and develop customer loyalty
