    Partnered with a global insurance leader, my client is actively growing their business in Western Canada. I’m currently recruiting exclusively for my client for Personal Lines Advisor/Broker in Victoria British Columbia. As a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance broker, we are looking for driven, self-motivated sales and service professionals who are looking for an opportunity to join one of the industries leading firms.

    Providing superior customer service and experience over the phone, we are looking for an experienced insurance professional with at least a Level 1 license, who will provide personal lines insurance advice and guidance. Working directly with the clients, the Personal Lines Advisor/Broker analyze clients risks, develop and present coverage solutions that will best suit your clients needs. The Personal Lines Advisor/Broker will also negotiate with underwriters to ensure the best terms and conditions of premiums and coverage. 

    • Min 2+ years of personal lines insurance industry experience
    • BC General License Level 1 is required
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong telephone skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent account management and development skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience working in a call centre environment an asset
    • Strong attention to detail – Importance of reviewing and approving documentation
    • Dynamic and engaging personality
