    Our client is a top performing 3PL Transportation and Logistics provider (non-asset based) with strong values, a great corporate culture, and sound ethical business practices. Expanding quickly, our client is looking to Cameron Lappin with Lock Search Group to help in their growth. We are actively sourcing for a knowledgeable, driven and motivated Senior Logistics Coordinator, to join their team in the Fraser Valley!

    Working with and managing the organizations largest carriers and clients, we are looking for someone with high energy, and drive; who has previous experience from within the non-asset-based trucking sector.  Additionally, someone with a track record of success as a Logistics Coordinator from within this space. We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses a positive attitude, and the skills required to support this organizations’ culture of a customer-focused and customer-driven environment. In this role, you will be working directly with carriers to schedule transportation and book loads, and ensure shipments are managed in line with the parameters arranged with the other departments. The Senior Logistics Coordinates will also research and provide quotes, as well as follow up with carriers on changes that may affect the client. 

    Additionally, as the successful candidate you will have:
    • Minimum 3+ years of related experience as a Logistics Coordinator – preferably LTL & FT  
    • Experience in planning and scheduling techniques
    • Strong time management and organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask
    • Exceptional leadership skills
    • Have a full understanding of tariffs and rate models
    • Experience with ELD’s (Electronic Logging Devices)
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • College / University Diploma is a plus
    • Truckmate experience would be an asset
