Katie joined Lock Search Group in the Toronto area as a Recruitment Associate in 2022. She completed her Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Marketing and Minor in French Studies from Western University. She was a member Varsity Women’s Volleyball team at Western, which lends to her competitive, tenacious drive. With a background in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, Katie has the industry knowledge to effectively support recruitment consultants in the Life Sciences sector.
In her personal life, Katie enjoys long walks with her French bulldog Willie, cycling, traveling, live music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
