What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the friendly face and strategic brain behind key customer accounts
  • Build and execute business plans that actually get used
  • Pitch new products and ideas backed by real data (not just gut feelings)
  • Negotiate deals that make everyone feel like they won
  • Work with awesome internal teams to make sure customers are happy
  • Keep an eye on performance and find ways to do even better

 

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of account management experience in CPG calling on grocery customers
  • A track record of growing accounts and crushing goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A love for fast-moving environments where you can make things happen
  • Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with fresh produce or perishables
  • Knowledge of food safety and compliance
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • A knack for turning data into compelling stories
