Cameron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, as well as a diploma in Marketing and Professional Sales. Since graduating, he has successfully built, coached, and mentored several high-performing teams in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Maritimes.

He knows the realities of business in the Industrial market in Western Canada, and more specifically in British Columbia: regional cultures, demographics, market and sector trends, and more. Cameron partners with clients in multiple capacities, whether that is driving cultural change by supporting a key single position recruit at a local business, or fully aligning with a National Account to work through a full rebranding and/or expansion plan.

In the end, he knows what it takes to find success and be successful… expertise, personality and experience are essential, but for Cameron, it’s the people that you surround yourself with that determine the outcome – both in your personal life and in business.
