If there is a recruiter who understands consumer products it is Dave Dureno. He was first introduced to the Consumer Goods industry by a family friend who was a sales rep in the food industry. He would occasionally show up at the house with a cooler full of food that just had to be sampled… Dave was hooked.
His professional sales career really started at Kraft Foods where he held several progressive roles, followed by leadership roles at both Danone and Abbott Laboratories.
His passion and knowledge for Consumer Goods grew – then he received that fateful call from Lock Search Group, asking if he were open for an adventure. Nine years later the adventure continues.
