Through a Master’s degree in California and a PhD in Neuroscience from McGill University, she built a solid foundation across the full translational spectrum — from preclinical benchwork to large-scale clinical programs — giving her a deep understanding of the industry from molecule to market. She later supervised an Alzheimer’s research center, overseeing operations, regulatory processes, and cross-functional teams.
Julie believes that impactful science starts with the right people — from those driving discovery to those shaping vision and leading teams. She brings a rare ability to understand both the science and the structure behind complex health innovation, helping clients find individuals who not only meet technical needs but align with mission and long-term growth.
