Company: Top-Tiered Consumer Packaged Goods Company
Reports to: VP, Marketing
Position Overview
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of iconic consumer brands in Canada. This role drives brand growth, market share, and profitability through consumer insight, innovation, and best-in-class execution across brand, digital, media, innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate is a proven strategic marketing leader with significant progressive experience within top-tiered traditional CPG/consumer goods companies. Someone that is sharp, high-potential, nimble...and who is able to thrive within a certain degree of ambiguity and who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced high-growth environment. Strong people leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results in highly competitive environments will be required.
My client is open to considering either current Marketing Directors or current Senior Brand Managers (with people management experience) that are ready and eager for that next big career step.
We appreciate the interest in this opportunity, however, please note that only those applicants with current/recent traditional consumer packaged goods marketing experience will be contacted.
