This flexible role (on-site, remote, or hybrid) is perfect for a motivated, “hungry” professional eager to launch their recruitment career, grow a new book of business, and develop expertise in expanding practice areas across Alberta.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build relationships with clients and candidates, manage the recruitment process, and contribute to business growth in underdeveloped or emerging practice areas. This role provides mentorship, hands-on training, and the opportunity to develop a career in recruitment while driving measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.
- Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business development.
- Generate new leads and opportunities in practice areas with growth potential.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions.
- Meet and strive to exceed individual performance and revenue targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Some experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is preferred, but not required.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow a new book of business.
