Our client is a fast-growing non-asset-based 3PL provider expanding into the GTA. They offer freight, warehousing, and fulfillment services, driven by a customer-first approach and a commitment to reliable, data-informed logistics solutions.
They’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead business development efforts in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll be responsible for selling a full suite of logistics services — including warehousing, transportation, and value-added solutions — and managing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities across logistics services
- Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies in the GTA
- Manage the accounts you bring in — ensure service delivery, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and support teams
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Travel to client sites as needed
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong preference for non-asset-based 3PL experience
- Proven success in both hunting (new business) and farming (account management)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Self-starter with energy, drive, and a growth mindset
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided)
