Our client, a growing non-asset-based 3PL provider, is expanding nationally and launching a new 75,000 sq ft facility in the Greater Toronto Area. They are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts and help build the business in this key market.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across warehousing, freight, fulfillment, and value-added services
- Develop and execute sales strategies for inbound and outbound GTA markets
- Manage accounts brought in, ensuring service delivery, issue resolution, and upsell opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (Salesforce)
- Travel to client sites to build in-person relationships
What You Bring
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong preference for experience with a non-asset-based 3PL
- Proven success in both new business development and account management
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship skills
- Self-driven, energetic, and excited to grow with an expanding company
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
