Our Client is seeking a Senior Director of Sales & Business Development to lead national strategic relationships with major financial institutions and drive growth across cash logistics, ATM services, and secure transport solutions.

In this executive role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior banking leaders, developing innovative, tailored solutions while overseeing multi-year business development strategies and enterprise-level partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national business development strategy for financial institution clients
  • Develop and grow senior-level relationships with banks and credit unions
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and market expansion
  • Oversee RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate complex enterprise contracts
  • Lead pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and financial modeling
  • Act as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Legal, Product)
  • Identify market trends and develop new service offerings
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Present performance, forecasts, and growth strategy to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Experience in banking, cash logistics, ATM services, fintech, or secure transport
  • Proven success in closing multi-million-dollar contracts
  • Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and executive communication skills
  • Deep understanding of banking operations and cash management ecosystems
  • Strategic, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced regulated environment
