We’re seeking a Territory Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth through meaningful partnerships with the Optometric community.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Territory Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within optometry clinics across your region. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and key opinion leaders to expand the adoption of in-office retail solutions and support the launch of new products. Your ability to build strong relationships, think strategically, and execute flawlessly will be key to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive territory sales growth by increasing product awareness, trial, and utilization within optometry practices
  • Identify high-potential clinics and create tailored strategies to maximize partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with optometry professionals and key industry influencers
  • Execute promotional programs, educational initiatives, and product launches
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Contribute to the organization's reputation as a trusted partner within the Canadian eye care community

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in science and/or business
  • Previous experience in Optometry is a strong asset
  • 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or surgical device industries
  • Strong background in strategic selling, relationship management, and business planning
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proven track record of top-tier sales performance
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and attend industry conferences
