  • We are in search of a Channel Development Manager for our client, a trailblazer in revolutionizing warehouse safety and productivity solutions. As the Channel Development Manager reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, your primary goals encompass enhancing revenue with partners, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strategic relationships. Success hinges on effective communication, a profound understanding of partners' business goals, and the cultivation of strong senior relationships.

    The preferred location for the ideal candidate is within the Greater Toronto Area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales growth for innovative products with channel partners through prospecting and product demonstrations
    • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners
    • Identify and develop key accounts for real-time market insights
    • Achieve targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives
    • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to address partner needs
    • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline for core and new products
    • Uphold professionalism and ethical integrity as a brand ambassador, motivating team members to pursue company objectives
    Requirements:

    • Proven success in cultivating channel partner relationships for increased revenue
    • Experienced in national account management, negotiation, and category management
    • Successful B2B sales track record with a deep understanding of the sales process
    • Strategic thinker analyzing market trends for actionable business growth plans
    • Proficient in remote work, demonstrating effective communication and time management
    • Adaptable to navigate evolving business landscapes and seize emerging opportunities
    • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools, CRM systems, and relevant technologies
    • Occasional travel required nationally, with an estimated range of 20%-25%, primarily concentrated in Ontario (Greater Toronto Area) and Quebec (Montreal)
